Ingredients

1/2 cup turmeric powder

2 tablespoons ground ginger

2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon ground cardamom

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Homemade Haldi Doodh Mix

Haldi Doodh or Golden Milk

How to Make Spiced Haldi Doodh:

  1. Heat the Milk: In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of milk over medium heat until it's warm but not boiling.

  2. Add the Spiced Mix: Add 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste) of the Spiced Haldi Doodh mix to the warm milk.
